About Tom Mullin

Tom has been been involved with interpretation for nearly 40 years. His professional career includes providing front line interpretive programming, leadership of several environmental/outdoor learning non profits, and two decades of undergraduate and graduate teaching at higher education institutions.
He founded Interpretive Pathways in 2020 to share his passion for engaging visitors of natural and cultural heritage sites with the best interpretive practices and methods.
A founder and Fellow of the National Association for Interpretation, he brings to the table a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of Interpretive and Strategic Planning, Program Training, Volunteer Management and assisting organizations to achieve their mission, goals and objectives for increased visitor engagement and support.
